It’s here! I’ve finally got my Challenge Week up for the Too Faced Peanut Butter & Jelly palette!
Although it’s only April right now, this is quickly becoming one of my absolute favourite palettes for the year. Enjoy!
I could barely wait to use this palette, so I made a YouTube tutorial on it right away! My goal was to use as many of the shades in the palette as I could… and I actually managed to use eight out of the nine!
Eyes
- Spread the Love through the top of my crease.
- Peanut Butter through the crease with Nuts About U layered on top.
- Peanut Brittle all over the lid.
- Jammin’ on the outer half of the lid.
- Extra Creamy on the brow bone.
- Bananas on the inner corner.
I lined my lower lash line with Jelly and used Jammin’ on the outer edge. I created the wing with Kat Von D‘s Tattoo Liner in Trooper and applied Better Than Sex mascara to my lashes. I also applied a pair of Bombshell lashes by House of Lashes.
Face
- Foundation: Make Up For Ever Ultra HD stick in Y225
- Bronzer: Too Faced Milk Chocolate
- Blush: Too Faced I Will Always Love You
- Highlighter: Too Faced Candlelight Warm Glow
- Lips: Too Faced Melted Chocolate Milkshake with Melted Coral in the center of the lip
Although this palette is very orange-focused, you can get a significant amount of looks out of it without using the oranges. So that was my goal with this look: use the OTHER colours!
Eyes
- Spread The Love through the crease.
- Bananas all over the lid and inner corner.
- Jelly on the outer corner and through the crease and used to line the lower lash line.
- Jammin’ on the outer corner.
- Extra Creamy on the brow bone.
On my lashes is Maybelline‘s Lash Sensational Full Fan Effect mascara.
Face
- Foundation: Make Up For Ever Ultra HD liquid in Y225
- Bronzer: Joe Fresh Sand
- Blush: Laura Geller blush n brighten in Pink Grapefruit with Too Faced Your Love Is King on top
- Highlighter: Too Faced Candlelight Warm Glow
- Lips: Clinique Licorice Pop
While a lot of these looks can run fairly similar because of the orangey-brown shades, I am 100% okay with that because I love a good warm eye! I stuck with using all matte shades for this look.

I was trying to figure out how to make looks appear different with this palette, so I opted for a halo eye with this one.

I think the first one is my favourite because it was a bit more involved. Plus lashes. Lashes make everything better!
My first impression of this palette (before you posted about it) was that it did make for a lot of similar looks but I think you did a fantastic job showing the range. I love that halo look too, I’ve never tried that technique.

Yeah exactly – I was like oh man how exactly can this palette be used to make the looks a bit more different? I think towards the end I started lagging and doing what *I* would normally just do with the palette, but hey, it’s soooo pretty!
First and second looks are my favourite but they are all gorgeous!! Love your happene weeks, I really need to do something similar because I get so stuck in 1 look with a palette!

MY HAPPENING WEEKS! WOOOO! 😉
I would love to see you do something similar with your palettes! Always gives me ideas on how to use mine as well.
So many pretty looks! I’m loving the 2nd one.
Overall, warm colours don’t suit me well, but if I found the right shades I could make it work.

It took me a while to figure out what shades I preferred on myself, and I do think I learn more towards warm than cool. But hey, whatever works for you, right?
