If there was ONE palette I knew I was getting from all of the holiday releases, it was going to be this one!
I mean how could I resist Urban Decay‘s Full Spectrum palette? It’s a full on rainbow palette! And after my disappointment with last year’s Vice 4 palette, this was a welcome change up to their holiday lineup!
I’ve not actually had the opportunity to play with it yet (still working away on my Metal Matte palette), but there will be a video tutorial coming as well as a Challenge Week with five different looks!
On with the swatches of this beauty!
Urban Decay Full Spectrum Swatches
The Urban Decay Full Spectrum limited edition palette can be purchased on sephora.ca for $80 CAD or on sephora.com for $55 USD.
Wow there’s some bright shades in there! I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a hot pink or a hot orange eyeshadow that is so vibrant! Looks like it’d be fun to play with!
I’m excited to dig into it! (Still not put it on my eyes yet!)
This is going to be one of those palettes I’m going to wish I picked up I think… have to keep reminding myself that I don’t wear these shades enough to justify it… looking forward to your challenge week though!

I think you’re smart for not picking up something because you know you won’t get use out of the shades. I mean it’s gorgeous, sure, but if you won’t get use out of it, then it’s a SUPER pricey item!
I really haven’t used my spectrum from last year so I can’t justify this one but it’s gorgeous!

Yeah last year’s Spectrum has taken a backseat for sure for me – I did pull it out a handful of times in 2016 though! I think part of it may be the packaging – I hate pulling off the lid, etc.
Your swatches look amazing! Interesting because I read a couple of reviews that complained about the quality and colour-payoff of the shadows. Looking forward to your review and challenge week!

I did find the top row a bit difficult to swatch. But a swatch doesn’t always tell the full story so I’m excited to see how they play out on my lids!
