One of the most amazing eyeshadow palette discoveries for me this year has got to be the tarte Tartelette in Bloom!
You almost want to roll your eyes at it because, hello, it’s ANOTHER neutral palette, right?
WRONG! I mean, yes it IS neutral, but holy crap this thing is ten times better than almost all the neutral palettes out on the market. It’s not even a new product, but I’ve only recently started digging my brush into it and I am absolutely in love.

I feel like this is a perfect neutral palette. There are a lot of shadows that would be great for an all over wash of shadow, but you could also go all out smokey or in between.
Totally agreed. I think I may even like it better than the original UD Naked palette! *gasp*
I was JUST swatching this yesterday and when I saw the colors outside, I was blown away. They are so pretty, pigmented and don’t move.
Like it really just looks like another neutral palette, but man… I was not expecting to love it so much!

It’s definitely one of the best neutral palettes I own!
I’ve been fighting this palette for years and I don’t know why because it’s so beautiful and contains all the shades that I like in a palette. Might add it to my list for the Fall VIB Sale.
