I’m coming back to work today after having had a chunk of the holidays off and unfortunately I seem to have picked up some kind of cold/bug/flu thing on the way back to Toronto. (Womp womp.) So while I don’t have a new post for you today, here’s a roundup of my posts from the last two weeks:

December 20th through the 26th

• Travel Makeup Bag: Holiday 2015: And what’s a vacation without a travel makeup bag?

• Skincare Saturday: Paula’s Choice Resist Skin Firming Line Minimizer: I checked out a new line minimizer by Paula’s Choice, although it didn’t end up working for me. 🙁

December 27th through January 3rd

• Swatch Sunday: My Inglot 10 Pan Palette: I swatched my BEAUTIFUL Inglot 10 pan palette and it reminded me I need to use it more often!

• Guest Post on Writing Whimsy: I did a gorgeous glittery makeup look for Writing Whimsy – easily one of my favourite looks to date!
• Kat Von D Mi Vida Loca Remix Giveaway: I was sooo excited to be able to bring this giveaway to you guys! I know this palette sold out and many people didn’t get a chance to pick it up. You’ve still got plenty of time to enter!
• Guest Post on Ali Does It: I helped my good friend Alison out with a fast tip Friday post!

In the last two weeks, I’ve managed to successfully pick up not only a new computer and a ring light (buh-bye money). I’m hoping the quality of my pictures will improve and be more consistent as I won’t be reliant on daylight for shooting photos. Additionally, my new desktop will let me edit videos with ease (I was doing it before on my ancient macbook pro since my old desktop’s audio had gone the way of the dodo about two years ago).  Hooray for new toys! Happy New Year everyone. 🙂

Happy New Year everyone! I’m still in Wisconsin enjoying the holidays with my husband and inlaws, but I wanted to kick off the new year in a fantastic way for you guys.
