Happy Canada Day!
To all my fellow Canadians, I hope you’re having a wonderful day celebrating Canada’s 151st birthday! I’m about to chow down on some more burgers, have a few cans of my favourite Brickworks cider and then head off to the Beaches to watch the fireworks tonight! Have a good one! (And for crying out loud… stay hydrated, it’s frigging hot out there!!)
And by the way… getting this photo wasn’t a piece of cake. I had to fight with the wind to keep the balloon in check…
Swatch Sunday: Covergirl Dazed
WOW! Covergirl! WELL DONE! I’m so pleased to see such a bright palette out of the drugstore! This rainbow beauty is the Covergirl Trunaked Dazed palette and it’s now available in stores.
In my video where I hauled this palette, I had commented that I wish they hadn’t put two purples in the palette as the first colour looks like a red-toned purple in the pan. Come to find out that when swatched, that particular colour actually goes QUITE red!

So far I only see the Covergirl Trunaked Dazed available online at amazon.ca for $12.99 CAD, but I bought mine at Shoppers Drug Mart in stores.
